Shipping Policy

Here is what to expect when ordering from Copper & Canyon.

Delivery destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Uruguay. Please enter your full delivery address at checkout and check it carefully before placing your order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The daily order cutoff is 5 p.m. London time; orders received later, at weekends or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

After processing, delivery typically takes 6–11 business days. Total estimated time from purchase is 7–14 business days. These are estimates; seasonal demand, carrier capacity, holidays and customs clearance can cause delays.

Shipping and customs

Available shipping options and the final order total are shown at checkout before payment. Items are dispatched from our fulfillment center in Asia. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling charges assessed by local authorities; these are the customer’s responsibility.

Track your order

When your order ships, we will email your shipping confirmation and tracking link. You can also use our order tracking page. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

Address issues, delays and missing packages

An incomplete or incorrect delivery address can cause a delay or a return to our warehouse. If this happens, contact us so we can help arrange a suitable solution. If a carrier marks your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, we can help you contact the carrier and investigate.
